Cold-pressing fresh sugar cane, our sanitary process ensures that the fermentation produces the sweetest and most savory wine for later distillation.
Upon complete fermentation, we then distill the wine to separate the ?bad? alcohols, those that give headaches and hangovers, from the final distillate.
We then re-distill to perfection; choosing only the smoothest flavors and scents for the final product.
The final product is then mixed with fresh spring water to create the final bottled product.
